Drew Brown is the Co-Founder and Program Director of Waterloo, overseeing program growth while coaching across multiple age groups. Raised primarily in San Antonio and influenced by the Spurs’ team-first style, Drew captained the varsity basketball team at Agape Christian School before continuing at Arlington Baptist University. Since 2017, he has focused on developing disciplined, confident athletes who learn to lead and think critically on and off the court.
