Preston Pope is Co-Founder and Director of Basketball Operations at Waterloo, and the Athletic Director at Acton Academy West. Raised in Santa Clarita, Preston was a multi-sport athlete and continued in track and field at the University of Oklahoma before finding his way into coaching. He spent time training and working with Rob Valentine at Valentine Elite Skills, where he developed a strong foundation in elite player development. Today, he brings a player-first mindset to Waterloo using basketball to teach leadership, problem-solving, and self-awareness.
